About Natasha...

As a clinical psychologist and coach, I’ve spent the past 25 years guiding high-performing individuals through the complex spaces of achievement, commitment, and burnout. Whether you are navigating corporate systems or running a demanding household, the common denominator my clients share is finding themselves stuck in the Survival Zone—starved for time, drained of energy, and trapped in a routine that no longer resonates.

Drawing from thousands of hours of clinical and coaching experience, I developed an impactful framework that blends deep self-discovery with a practical suite of skills. Together, we will focus your energy where you have true span of control, equipping you to pursue the goals you care most about, embrace a science-backed path to intentional recovery without guilt, and pivot when necessary so you never settle for a life driven by fear or blind habit.
