Dr. Natasha Annis
Wellness Studio Founder
Clinical Psychologist, Leadership Coach, Trained Facilitor, & Registered Yoga Teacher
I was fortunate to find my life's passion in college, earning my B.A. in psychology in 1996. I went on to earn a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, specializing in body image issues, eating disorders, and health psychology. My formal studies culminated in a year-long internship at Vanderbilt's Kim Dayani Rehabilitation Center, where I had the privilege of working side-by-side with patients recovering from heart and lung disease. Together, we set wellness goals and learned to better manage stress, eat nutritiously, maintain a healthy weight, and stick to an exercise plan. As my career progressed and the field of psychology evolved, I discovered synergistic passions in positive psychology and strength-based leadership coaching. I now spend my time teaching on a wide range of leadership and wellness topics in the classroom, and working individually with coaching clients who wish to bolster their sense of wellness and thriving in the areas of life that matter most.
